Lovely little place for a fair price. The location is a little out of the way and not near any major attractions, however this really wasn't an issue during our stay. The rooms are quite small and similarly the bed for two was also a little on the smaller side. The rooms were well kept and clean; in general the location is well kept and quite pleasant.

Clean room, comfy bed, room has microwave, small fridge and portable AC, all working great. Room is a little small, but fine for us given the reasonable price. Hotel offers complimentary tea bags, snacks, and hot/cold distilled water at the lobby. Staff was nice and friendly. Main entrance uses a security code for guests only. Great location, with coffee shop, fitness center, spa and bus stops right next door. Couldn't give five star because the toilet got clogged one day but the staff came to fix it right away and it was never a problem again.

I stayed in the hotel twice and both time my experience were great. Very friendly and helpful staff, nice and clean room with portable AC. Quiet location with easy parking and free access to next door gym for guests who staying at the hotel too. I definitely with come back.

We were very pleased with our stay of nine days at Queens. The hotel and rooms were very clean and all the staff were extremely helpful. The hotel was located in a very quiet neighborhood within access to restaurants of all types, and public transit which enabled us to reach Vancouver and other areas within minutes.

Says 138.00 but ended up being $306.00 for 1 night. I love how they had snacks an teas by the office. The room had an a/c but no hose to put out the window. The beds are old because me an my aunt were hanging off the corners of each side of the bed because of the indents in the beds. So had a weird sleep . But over all the workers were very nice and respectful. My aunt said we were staying another day and she thought they would just take the money off her card again so we chilled in the room an we left for dinner an that's when they asked for the money lol I was happy that they trusted us instead of banging on the door an just let us sleep till we come down.

Very unique place , clean room with easy parking around back friendly helpful staff. Only one drawback is there isn't a elevator but it is only one story with two flights of stairs and one landing in between.

Awesome staff and service! Cute place very well cared for, comfy beds, fridge and microwave in rooms and definitely clean. Always accommodating 5 star hotel in my books 🙂

Quiet area, friendly staff, clean rooms. This place was worth paying a few extra bucks compared to the cheaper options. Free snacks by reception were a nice plus and it felt like I was in a nice small apartment complex. Only negative was no ironing board, there was a steamer but it didn’t work. Other than that, nothing too much to complain about. I’d probably stay here again if I needed a place.

Fantastic staff and a very cozy environment! Although the rooms are smaller than a conventional Hotel, they are well appointed, decorated and clean! I will definitely return!

The hotel was conveniently near where we needed to be. We were well treated, staff was friendly. The rooms were very clean. For two older people we found the rooms small. It was hard to get into bed on on one side.
