Clean room, comfy bed, room has microwave, small fridge and portable AC, all working great. Room is a little small, but fine for us given the reasonable price. Hotel offers complimentary tea bags, snacks, and hot/cold distilled water at the lobby. Staff was nice and friendly. Main entrance uses a security code for guests only. Great location, with coffee shop, fitness center, spa and bus stops right next door. Couldn't give five star because the toilet got clogged one day but the staff came to fix it right away and it was never a problem again.

Excellent location for our trip to Vancouver for New Years. Clean. Cozy. Great walkable neighborhood. Will definitely book to stay here again.

I was really impressed by this place! I needed a last minute hotel for a spring break trip and they had a room left. Location is great with a few restaurants, corner store, liquor store right next door. Room was updated, clean and bed was comfy. All of the staff I met while there for 3 nights were very friendly and helpful. They offer some free snacks in the lobby and there was a vending machine and coffee machine too. Easy parking on site around back. Would definitely stay here again!

I missed the detail that check in closes at midnight. By the time my flight landed I was panicked I’d need to find somewhere else to stay at 1:30 in the morning but they got me all checked in virtually into a clean and comfortable room so I am very grateful and impressed with their customer service!

Awesome staff and service! Cute place very well cared for, comfy beds, fridge and microwave in rooms and definitely clean. Always accommodating 5 star hotel in my books 🙂

Fantastic staff and great location. There's lots of places to eat within walking distance.

I'm not a customer but even afterhours when I knocked to request a barf bag to drive an unfortunate friend home (else risk him making a mess of my car), the kindly gent at the front desk opened the door and was happy to assist us. Seems like a quality establishment managed by compassionate people

Clean room, comfy bed, very quiet location. Modern updates. And a good price compared to others. Would definitely stay again. Great accommodating staff. Hotel has some cool history pieces as well.

I really enjoyed my 2-night stay at the greatest little hotel in New West! The room was cute, cosy, and clean. The rate was great, and the staff were super friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Queens Hotel!

I would rate 3 cos it's Affordable place and friendly staff. But don't get tricked by seeing 2 beds, we were 4 and booked the room with 2 beds. The room is so conjusted that when we placed a suitcase in front of bed, we couldn't find place to walk. We paid 10$ extra per each per each extra person, if they had told that the rooms wouldn't be that big to accommodate 4, we would've booked different hotel. We did the same 4 people booking in Holiday Inn with around same price range but the room was more than sufficient, also don't expect free breakfast in this hotel. This place is good for 2 only I guess, and would prefer only if the stay is short or if it's an unplanned trip. If it's a planned trip, I think it's better to find other places than this.

Great little hotel, very unique with super friendly staff, good prices. Love the motorcycle motif and the cool bike in the lobby. Decor was interesting and very pleasant Room was a little small but fine me. Very convenient to the Anvil Center. It a little different being in mall front, with parking and entrance is in the rear of the building. Would recommend staying here if you are tired of chain motels.

Not good for people who can't climb stairs-three flights of stairs. No coffee in room, but only downstairs. They had some nice snacks and fresh fruit free of charge. Our room was clean, washroom very clean, kingsize bed comfortable. A few restaurants nearby, but not the food we enjoy. Quiet area at least the one night for us. Heard one little bark likely a small dog. Workers are very helpful and pleasant.
